What Our Patients Are Saying

I have been going to Dr. Pinski for years! He is a true artist. He listens to your concerns and methodically gives you solutions. Not only does he educate you, he keeps himself up to date on all the latest skin care procedures. I have never felt pressured or rushed. He takes his time getting to know his patients. His staff is fabulous! I just love them all! I highly recommend this practice.

I have had the best results from this last treatment. The line between my eyes; the creases filled in and a fresher look. Some days it is flawless. Tell him [Dr. Pinski] thank you- it does take a minute to figure out what works best and now I know.

I have had many cosmetic facials over the course of the last 15 year and I always come back to the microdermabrasion facial. I’d like to say that I’m a pretty sophisticated user of anti-aging products (i.e. filler, Retin-A, lasers, etc.) and even more critical of any “new and improved” things. I was also a little skeptical of any stem cell treatment in general but trust Pinski Dermatology & Cosmetics wholeheartedly. I am no longer a skeptic of stem cell but a full fledged advocate! It’s been four days since I had the facial and my skin still looks like it did right after I got the facial. My skin is plump and even some of the stubborn forehead lines (usually only addressed by Botox) were softened by this new procedure. I wish I could do this every week!

Amazing office & people! I have been seeing Pinski Dermatology for annual body scans due to my fair skin and they have been great in helping prevent skin damage and treating any potential problem areas. They have treated me for some acne areas with topical products which were all covered in full by my insurance and made sure everything would be affordable for me prior to prescribing. In addition, I have started to see Dr. Pinski for some pre-wedding skin maintenance and absolutely love him! He made me feel extremely welcome and is comforting when talking about areas of improvement and truly wants you to feel comfortable in your skin and have you looking your best. I didn’t feel he was pushy in selling anything and actually feel the opposite as I mentioned hearing of a new product and he advised against it, basically saying he didn’t think I would benefit greatly from it. The head nurse was also wonderfully friendly and super helpful with any pre & post treatment questions. I can’t wait to have the glowing skin I want for my big day! I am 100% confident Dr. Pinski will deliver the best results in the biz. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new skin care professional!

Each time I visit for a facial treatment, I leave the appointment feeling so much more comfortable and confident in my own skin. I suffer from facial eczema, acne, and overall sensitivity, so working with someone who not only possesses vast knowledge of skincare conditions and treatments, but also is genuinely caring is what keeps me coming back time and time again.

Why choose a board-certified dermatologist?

Trust your skin care to a professional. Board-certified dermatologists have completed medical school and three to four years of advanced medical training in diseases of the skin, hair and nails. They’ve passed rigorous exams in dermatology to specialize in treating over 3,000 conditions. They’ve also made the commitment to keep up on the latest advances in dermatology.

Why choose a fellowship-trained cosmetic dermatologist?

Fellowship-trained cosmetic dermatologists spend an extra year of specialized training learning in-depth evaluation of the skin, performing specialized procedures, and managing patients to ensure excellent results. How can I prepare for my dermatology appointment?

If coming for your first visit, please bring your insurance card, if applicable, and a legal guardian if you are under the age of 18. Please come prepared to provide your health history on your new patient paperwork as well.

What should I expect during my initial consultation?

Your first visit begins with a consultation with your board-certified dermatologist. Prior to care, we will get your health history and perform a clinical evaluation of the skin to determine which treatment options are the best fit. We will customize both a treatment plan and a skin care regimen if desired. Important pre- and post-treatment instructions will also be provided to accompany most treatments.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept a variety of major insurances for your skin care. We have examples of insurances we accept on our website. If you don’t see your insurance listed, please contact us and we will verify if we accept.

What is the difference between a deductible, copay, and coinsurance?

All three are medical charges you must pay out of your own pocket, even if you have insurance. Deductibles are a specific amount you must accumulate and pay each year of covered health services before benefits are provided by your carrier. Plans may also have separate individual and family deductibles and/or deductibles for separate services. Copayments are a set fee the member pays to providers at the time services are provided. Copays are applied to office visits, emergency room visits, hospital admissions, etc. Coinsurance is a form of cost sharing. After your deductible has been met, plan will begin paying a percentage of your bills. The remaining amount, known as co-insurance, is the portion due by the patient.
