Advanced Dermatology & Dermaesthetics of Louisville is Now Louisville Dermatology

Our practices have partnered with VitalSkin Dermatology, a world-class dermatology and aesthetics practice management organization. In doing so, the majority of our practices have rebranded to Louisville Dermatology, including our downtown, Dixie Highway, La Grange and Norton Commons locations. Partnering with VitalSkin and Louisville Dermatology means we can take our commitment to your health and cosmetic needs even further. This partnership gives us added support for our administrative tasks, opportunities to build upon the services we offer and expand our team.
We already have a few new team additions to share! We recently welcomed Sydney Newton, APRN to our Dixie Highway practice. Sydney received her Master of Medical Science from Northern Kentucky University and has worked in dermatology for over 20 years. We are also thrilled to welcome Ryan Bogner, MD to our Dixie Highway practice, and soon to our Norton Commons location. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where he was also a clinical assistant professor. Dr. Bogner will specifically provide Mohs surgery at both locations, which is considered by most to be the most effective way to fully remove skin cancer.
In addition to expanding our team, we are upgrading our patient experience by introducing Klara, a HIPAA-compliant online care platform that simplifies communication between practices and patients. With Klara, you can chat directly with our team online, receive appointment notifications and other important practice notifications, and conveniently schedule appointments online.
We are also upgrading to an electronic health records system rather than using paper records. EHRs are real-time, patient-centered records that make information available instantly and securely to authorized users. This will be a big change or our team and patients alike. When you arrive for your next appointment, please arrive at least 20 minutes early. All patients will need to complete our patient registration and policy paperwork to ensure you’re added to our electronic health records system. We understand this is an inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation during this transition.
While we will be updating our patient experience, you should rest assured that our commitment to you and our community will not change.
