Todd Johnson, MD

Dr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Illinois Medical Center and has been a practicing general, surgical and cosmetic dermatologist for over 20 years in community and academic settings.

At VitalSkin, he will focus on providing Mohs micrographic surgery, which is widely considered to be the most effective method for treating and removing skin cancer. Dr. Johnson is a member of the  American Academy of Dermatology, American Board of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Society of Mohs Surgery, and Chicago Dermatologic Society.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of the upper middle west. His wife is a biochemistry professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago. They have a nine year old daughter and their dogs, Petey and Johnny Cash.
