Paul Fearneyhough, MD

Dr. Fearneyhough is a board-certified dermatopathologist with over 27 years of experience. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville Medical School, where he also completed his combined anatomic and clinical pathology (AP/CP) training. He also completed his dermatopathology fellowship at UTMB in Galveston, TX. In addition to many years of group practice in dermatopathology, he was a partner in the Dermatopathology Alliance of Kentucky from 2002 to 2023.

With dermatopathology being an integral part and extension of patient care, Dr. Fearneyhough is dedicated to providing accurate and timely diagnoses to facilitate quality care. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, College of American Pathologists, Kentucky Medical Society and American Medical Association.

Outside of the practice, he loves spending time with his wife, children and grandson, as well as exercising, going to the lake, boating, and playing sports like pickleball and tennis.
